TERRIBLE, JUST AWFUL, HORRIBLE. Coming here was the most MONSTROUS, TRAUMATIC experience. This is NO JOKE. SHUT IT DOWN! this was the only option that would accept my insurance, I had no choice but to gratefully accept this option. that was until I was treated VERY poorly. nothing disgusts me more than the way this man has treated me as his patient. I have went to plenty of dentist in my life and never have I ever had a dentist treated me with so much disrespect. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed They didn't put me under articane. they did light local numbing shots. I felt EVERYTHING and every time I raised my hand in pain they would give me another shot. Eventually after REPEATED raising my hand in pain, the dentist said that wouldn’t help & to just let the numbing shots set in., but they were so IMPACIENT to let the numbing set they immediately started abusing my mouth HARSHLY. So i stopped speaking out. It LITERALLY felt like i was being TORTUED and I tried really hard not to, but tears started rolling down my face and that’s UNTIL THEN the dentist believed me that I was in pain. He NEEDS to go back to school & actually LEARN something. he doesn’t have ANY TYPE of manners. he’s filthy with his work and gives out bad energy, I could feel his negative attitude and negative vibes coming from him. SERIOUSLY. I also don’t understand how he’s the ONLY dentist in there? this is not the PROPER environment for a dentist facility. It’s been 3 weeks from my appointment and I have a TREMENDOUS pain on my jaw. I really feel like suing him. DO NOT RECOMMEND!. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Literally 0. He deserves to go back to school and do it right this time, cause this just feels WRONG! please cooperate SEE THIS!.
I HAVE ENJOYED THE SERVICES RECEIVED FROM DR. KELLY AND HIS STAFF. VERY POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE, QUICK AND COURTEOUS SYSTEM, CLEAN AND SANITIZED WAITING AREA AND ROOMS. I HAVE BEEN SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THIS PLACE..
I selected Dr. Andrew Kelly for a tooth implant procedure. I am very happy with the service he is providing. I am totally comfortable with Dr. Kelly and his staff. I had no pain during the procedure and no pain after the procedure..
