23Did same exact thing my dentist did (xray, push on tooth with q tip, blow cold air) and decided I didn’t need a root canal. I was sent to a specialist, by my dentist, to be diagnosed. He offered nothing except “to wait”. No diagnosis, no other diagnostics, no advice. I questioned him , telling him he didn’t do anything my dentist didn’t do. He got mad and told me to leave the office. “You can go” “Straight out the front”. I don’t feel questions deserve being kicked out of an office. When people come to a specialist you can assume they’ve been having pain for awhile? The patient is probably frustrated? Maybe show a little compassion and patience.

1Dr. Grant was most helpful to me. I just moved into town from Wisconsin and in the middle of all my unpacking and adding to anxieties, my crown came off. Now what? I checked with my insurance company, & they recommended Dr. Grant. So I called, and her office welcomed me with open arms. They took care of my dental problem compassionately and with expertise. I am most thankful for Dr. Grant and her staff.
