Worst dentist I have ever been to! They ruined my teeth with unnecessary dental work and have very shady billing. They put a judgment on my credit and garnished my husband's wages while fighting with them over the bill and trying to get them to fix my teeth that they ruined..
The people who answer the phones are HORRIBLE... especially the lady by the name of Olga. Soooooo rude it was ridiculous and such a bad attitude. when i called it to her attention her excuse was "Im sorry but im answering phones by myself today" so that justified her poor attitude in her head i guess. when i asked to speak to a manager all of a sudden the manager was in a meeting. i called 5 hrs later to speak to a manager....."still in a meeting" . Ridiculous.
Dr. Ayala was recommended to me by a family member. I needed to have a permanent bridge made. He takes the time to explain everything to you, and is very honest. His staff is excellent, very courteous and friendly. Dr. Ayala is very meticulous and very thorough. It took several appointments to complete the process for my bridge, and I felt he wanted to be sure we were both happy with the end result. I am very pleased with his work and attention to detail. I would recommend him to others..
I have known Dr. Tso for over 20 years and not once did she ever refuse me treatment when I called to report I had a problem. No matter how hectic her schedule was she would find a way to get me in for treatment. After all the work she has done on me I can say Dr. Tso is a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry. Her Receptionist, Vicky, (who also acts as Secretary), keeps the steady flow of patients coming and going. I recommend Dr. Tso whole heartedly..

Best Dentist I have ever had! My entire family have been patients of Dr. Trowell for over 16 years! He was the first dentist my children saw when we moved down here and they still visit him twice a year 16 years later. Dr. Trowell is knowledgable, patient and very interested in not only our teeth but our over all health and well being. I am thrilled I found a dentist like him and even more happy that he is now in the Johns Creek area. We all recommend him highly..
