The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was clean. The dental hygienist did an excellent job. However, the dentist, Dr. foster barely looked at me when she was in the room, and she barely spoke to me. She did not explain the procedure or give me any instructions for follow up. I had to ask the hygienist my questions and she then went back and got the information for me. I was having a crown re-cemented which had fallen out. Dr. foster spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me, and did no prep work on my tooth or the crown. The procedure cost $90.00. In less than two weeks, the crown fell out. I went to another dentist who charged me about $30.00 more, and took the time to explain everything, cleaned up my tooth, sanitized and polished the crown, and took the time to answer my questions. This let me know that my expectations for my dental experience were not unreasonable. They just were not met with this dentist.
