1I was given Dr. Metri as an eligible practice my mother\'s insurance with Tufts Health I scheduled an appointment on October 18 for dentures for my 95 year old mother. I completed all of the documents as required. When we arrived, we checked in with the receptionist, completed some additional paper work and was told to have a seat and my mother would be called. After about 15 minutes Dr Metri called us in. My mother is in a wheel chair and when we entered the room, he said that he could not see us as he needed to check insurance for payment. However, she was covered and her insurance company stated there was no reason to refuse to serve my mother. He said that his office called to move appointment but I did not receive a message. He did not apologize or offer another appointment and said that we would be called. What?? Dr Metri was very rude and we were not treated with dignity. We went to Dr Lee in Burlington who was on the list completed the same paper work and she served
