No waiting, never even sat down in the waiting room. Excellent Dental Tech. I know that Dr. B is extremely capable and a top notch dentist, and I like his care and treatment. That said, he can come across as abrupt, a bit arrogant and instead of "collaborating" with a patient as another human being, it's as if the human side of interaction is an annoyance and "in the way" of getting his work done.
