Dr. Maksymiuk is the most meticulous and exacting practitioner I have ever been to in any medical field! His standards of excellence always amaze me - he demands perfection of his work. He is also a great guy, and his entire staff are supportive and wonderful! I have been going to him for many years now, and don't plan on ever changing!.
Easy scheduling, helpful reminder system. Cleanings have always been smooth for me and my kids and when we have had cavities they take care of us very well, even the ones nervous about pain relief. Great dentist, great staff, highly recommend them..
I've seen Dr. Zalucky for at least 30 years starting as a child. I am now a mother of 4 and they see him as well. They are the kindest, most compassionate, patient group of people you will meet in the industry. My husband needed some serious urgent care beyond our insurance coverage and Dr. Zalucky was not concerned about receiving the money, but rather that my husband needed this work done regardless. I am probably not expressing that too well, but the bottom line is, Dr. Zalucky and the women in the office are all heart and only want the best care for you and are not selfish and greedy. We cannot thank them enough for their patience and understanding!.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature..
I love that they are always more than happy to answer any questions, and actually welcome questions. The office staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions. I found a parking spot right away and the spots were close to the entrance. AFterwards I sat by the river outside his building for a bit and watched the ducks. It's very peaceful and a nice place to relax. There are even a few picnic tables if you want to sit and relax and have a cool drink in the summer. I wasn't about to eat after I had just had my teeth so beautifully cleaned! The office staff is very friendly and it immediately puts you at ease. AFter my surgery, Dr Zalucky called me that evening to see how I was doing. I thought that showed an attention to a patients state of mind and care that I don't often see today. I now live 1.5 hours away from Dr Zalucky's office, yet I still drive there for dental care because I know I will feel comfortable, the hygenists are wonderful, and he is a great doctor. Two hours a few times a year is worth it!.
