To: Stephanie D. and Dr Ganjavian Coming to this location was the worst decision i've ever made. These people here are so rude, disrespectful, they don't take accountability for any of there staff, and they treat you like crap because you have medicaid, let me explain: The first appointment I made covered my xray and cleaning, and I refused the cleaning due to the pain i was having and they had a problem with that. They kept pressuring me get a cleaning despite the pain i was in. That should of been my sign but it wasn't. i ended up making another appointment due to the x ray they took previously showed that i a piece of a filling came out and they had to take the old one out and put a new one in. so i come to my appointment and the lady who did the shots for numbness, was rough and had no compassion, she had no sympathy when i clearly was telling her that it hurts and give me some time after each shot. they rolled there eyes and had lots of attitude and they were white girls. After i went home and my numbness went away, my mouth felt like it was locked shut. i could not open my mouth or move my mouth from side to side to eat or speak for a whole month. i called the office the following week to schedule another appointment so they could see what was wrong, but due to the fact i work 4, 12 hr shift at my job as a healthcare worker i could not make the times they had available so i never rescheduled for the pain, but instead i got two text confirmations from this office about appointments i have never made, so i never confirmed the appointment and so i thought that was it. i called about a month and a half later to schedule for my cleaning, they called the day of to tell me they needed to cancel because the girl who does it called out sick. no problem, then i get another made up appointment for teeth cleaning that i did not make, so i call call to tell them to stop making appointment for me and i spoke to Stephanie again this time and she got mad at me and told me that i was lying and told me that i could not schedule anything else for me and to call every morning to see if there is an appointment avail. i was confused on why i couldn't just make an appointment for the future, but i didn't pay any mind and just hung up. now its been a full two month and i've only saw them twice and canceled one once due to the pain they gave me. now two months later i call to get another service and STEPHANIE again says that Dr Ganjavian doesn't want to see me ever again at his practice due to all the calculations and problems with me. i was like WHAT? who can i complain to because this is ridiculous. Stephanie said she was the manager and the Dr didn't want to talk to me and that was it. Such horrible a horrible experience i really hope they get shut down forever, they should not be able to treat people like this, and i'm glad they dont want me back, because i will never allow any company to treat me like this. My feelings is hurt because i work in the health field and i understand how things work and for them to treat me like that was uncalled for, but offices like this, takes advantage of people and treat them any type of way because they are not literally paying for there service, but guess what, medicaid paid you. They did not treat me fair at all..
My son's last cleaning was very bad. My child asked the hygienist if he could spit the blood and tartar from his mouth and the hygienist very rudely said you can swallow that! When I asked why she ignored me! Years ago this place used to be nice and caring but then they started hiring these new people and messed up the clinic. I was also forced to look for another dentist at last notice because my kids cleaning was 3 months behind due to gentle touch canceling my children's appointments 3 months in a row for no reason. They canceled back on December with no notification whatsoever When I called I was told my kids had no appointments at all! I told them I have proof (email and texts) that did not matter.. They just said they will reschedule an appointment for January. On January AGAIN I called to verify the app date and time (due to the past issues) and was told that no appointment existed for the dates it was giving to me which is hard to believe as I have the text and emails confirming my child's January appointments. AGAIN they said the could reschedule my kids for February!! They think this is a game.. I have no time for this. The sad thing is you ask for the owner and they refuse to let you even leave him a voicemail. I wonder if he knows how crappy they are running this place? Thankfully I found a great dental practice who saw my kids the very same I called to make a new patient app!.
Office Manager is rude and doesn't have good practice for multiculturalism. The front desk has different people that come and go. Once you establish with a Dental hygienists, usually it's never the same one, they don't stay in the practice very long, they come and go..
I had long standing orthodontic and dental needs due to a genetic dental condition, in which my adult teeth for 2 of my teeth did not come in when I lost my baby teeth. Rather than an adult tooth, one tooth was a peg tooth and the other tooth never came in at all. After orthodontic work by Dr. Husain ( another great doctor), I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Stanley Goloskov because the restorative fillings I needed were more challenging than the typical patient requires. Dr. Goloskov's staff are very professional, caring, and accommodating. Robin, the dental receptionist, worked hard at keeping us on a consistent schedule of appointments to get the job done efficiently and correctly. Dr. Goloskov is professional, skilled, perfectionistic in his work, yet down to earth in his communications, kind, and attentive. My restorative fillings were done today and the color matches my teeth 100%. Under his recommendations and supervision, my teeth were whitened, using KOR whitening trays prior to the restorative fillings. My teeth were yellowish with grey tones (from tetracycline as a child) and difficult to whiten. To my delight, they whitened up over 12 shades. He works hard to do the very best job he can do given each individual's circumstances. I cannot be happier to be able to truly smile and not feel self conscious..
