How Patients Feel
N/APatient Reviews
1Took my 10 y-o daughter to this dentist for a baby tooth extraction (permanent tooth was growing but baby tooth was holding on). This was not her first extraction and the first 2 had gone just fine with her previous dentist. In fact, my daughter has been going to the dentist since she was 5 and she had never been scared of it.That visit was the most terrible, traumatic dental experience ever.Dr Miller blotched the anesthesia and had to give her another dose because the pain was too much. She was not patient/ understanding and got annoyed when my child started crying because in pain and got scared, she started getting rough with her and very short/rude with me and showed no bedside manner whatsoever. By the time this was over, my child was sobbing uncontrollably and was so traumatized she couldn\'t even speak. she was trembling and shaking from the shock and was freezing. The staff had to bring a heating blanket and it took her a solid 20 mn to calm down and get back to normal.Never again!!!
