Very gentle and understanding with my kids. I have a 3 year old and an autistic older kid. He takes the time to slow down and talk things through with my older one and is very gentle with the little one. The older kiddo had to have cavities filled and he eased his mind and kept it from being a traumatic experience. Thank you!!!
