9The Endodontist Office has called me the patient twice today and both calls have been inflammatory, The receptionist (Leslie) requested P.I.I of a non patient to full fill a form that was and can be done with the 3 step authentication (name, I.D number, and Address) the call had then gone on to mute while I had gone to collect the info for the call and Leslie had proceed to make disparaging and derogatory statement on myself and my family/the claiming ( I feel sorry for that kid he has to live with that guy, it's probably the Mom/Wife (of my father) making the dad not give up info, i hate these government employees being such hard-asses, and other comments I could not repeat because the microphone on there telephone is not 100% auditable). I had started the official complaint against Leslie and Dr Hake had decided to join the call and had the best way i could describe it is come out verbally swinging on me. I had patience with the doctor let him defend his receptionist and i retorted with my complaint which Dr Hake responded with my business is not needed or wanted all because i refused to give up P.I.I of someone else(my father). This is my formal complaint against Terry Hake and office personal at 1761 Jamestown RD Ste 102 Williamsburg VA 23185.
