I seriously love this place. After neglecting my teeth during my late teens through early twenties, by the time I arrived at Aspen Dental WB my mouth was in sad shape. Needless to say, I've had at least 6 appointments in as many months this year (ranging from extractions to fillings) - each instance being a great experience from start to finish. All staff that I have interacted with have been friendly yet task-oriented. This morning, Dr. Brier and Jannelle took care of some fillings for me and the procedure was over before I knew it. Par for the course; always quick and friendly. I enthusiastically recommend this location to anyone in need of dental work. They are the best!.
I had an appointment with the dental hygienist. Cheryl does a great job with my teeth! She doesn't only rely on automated tools, but will pull out manual and special tools when necessary. She communicates well with the dentists and front office staff. I've been going to Aspen Dental for years and have been treated with care, kindness and understanding. When I brought up an issue it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I recommend Aspen Dental in Wilkes Barre with a smile! ????.
I went there in major pain. Crying even. Very skeptical with all the bad reviews. But I think they were very helpful. And I was grumpy because of the pain and they were patient with me. They were able to fit me in with the oral surgeon this week which would of been sooner but I didn’t wanna drive an hour away. The only bad thing is they seem very commercialized like they don’t have a relationship with their patients. But they helped me and this terrible pain so I have nothing bad to say..
