1Rating based solely on the officer manager (OM). The OM informed both me and the hygienist that I had been told, at time of making the appointment, that Dr. Womble was not in my dental insurance network. Totally untrue. Turns out Dr. Womble is in my insurance network and I missed having my teeth cleaned at scheduled appointment. When I called OM after talking with my insurance company and even this a.m., she continues to state false info regarding her \"screw up,\" seemingly lying.
