Left the packing in my tooth, it swelled up around the gums and had to go to another dentist. They were shocked that such an 'oversight' had occurred. They say 'oversight', I say 'act of negligence.' The 2nd dentist removed the packing material, put on a new porcelain permanent cap and my pain ceased immediately. Worst experience ever! They did not care about what they did nor did they give me a refund (so I ended up paying for the same root canal TWICE!) They ARE rude- as others here have stated, and they are every bit as much incompetent! I warn everyone against this place (as well as Tiny Teeth Pediatric Dental-another nightmare for my daughter on that one. See my review there if considering) I now recommend Dr. Loewen as a great dentist. Also, Dr. Higgins if you are close to Clearwater. These 2 my family & I have seen several times and they are superb!

Only been twice so far, but Dr. Kierl is genuinely kind. Nice to find an orthodontist who isn’t in a rush to put braces on your kiddos. We were thrilled when he told us our son had a couple more “baby teeth” to lose and he would reevaluate after that happened-to see what his teeth looked like at that point. We had another orthodontist wanting to put braces on him on the 1st visit 2 years ago, with a mouth full of baby teeth. Thank you Dr. Kierl for doing the right things for your patients. We appreciate it??
