I was fooled by all of Dr. Nguyen\'s positive reviews. The quality of dental care I received did not correlate to what others were saying. After completing my filling, he did not put a piece of floss between the teeth to see if it was too tight. This is the standard that every dentist learns in school. Sure enough, when I got home, I noticed the filling was too tight and the surface was also uneven. My bite was off and I could not fit floss between my teeth. I went back two different times, only for him to tell me that there is no reason for an adjustment. I ended up going to another dentist who used a very simple tool called a finishing strip to make the filling less tight. Literally took a minute! She could not do much about the misaligned bite but fortunately it corrected itself after a few months. Would never go back to this dentist. He seems inexperienced and unwilling to admit when he makes mistakes.
