1The person who serviced me did a horrible job. I migrated from T-Mobile to AT&T and she charged me twice - once because she picked up the wrong phone and scanned it before I could react, and twice for a second "phantom" line that I never requested so that she can port my number over. This resulted in many unnecessary phone conversations with customer service and an overall horrible experience. This is a franchise store so it does not meet the same requirements as official AT&T flagship stores. Lesson learned.
