if you like insurance fraud then use Teresa. She signed up on our dental program then refused to adhere to their arrangement. sounds more like she signed up for one thing (just to get more people in the door) then bills clients at a higher rate.we got stuck with paying an extra $2000 and when we threatened to sue, she said \"go ahead, ive won every other case\" . look her up on casenet before you make an appointment !

Dr. Forrester turned out to be a crook. She was careless with me.she messed up on me. She is liar as well.
