He wasted my time, never listened to my concerns, called me liar to my face after 9+ months of back and forth. His invisalign treatment formed a gap on my bottom molars that I repeatedly told him about, my first retainer didn't fit even though I followed the treatment to a T, the permanent retainer had the wire poking out, and I told him over and over I wanted my invisalign type retainer. 2x I went to the office and 2x they didn't have anything for me. He says I am lying.
