How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
Went there to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The oral surgeon informed me I had gum disease and needed an exam. I get the exam, they find some cavities and determine I need a deep clean. They never said boo to me about how bad the cavities were, all they talked to me about was how much I was going to end up paying out of pocket. I go back and get the first round of filings. The dentist barely says two words to keep and as he and the assistant are doing work another assistant comes in and starts socializing with the assistant working on me about a concert he had given her tickets to. Really? All this money I'm paying and you can't pick a more appropriate time to socialize? I've seen better manners at the DMV. After I get the filings I discover that chewing on the side that the work was done on is painful, which is upsetting because I had NO problem with it before. My top priority was the cleaning and scaling, but they decided to start with the filings without talking to me about it. I understand they are professionals but it's my dime they're working on and I walked out of there with pain I DID NOT have walking in there. At this point I just want whatever was done wrong to be corrected and to find somewhere else that will actually explain what is going on with me. Very disappointing as Advanced Family Dental is a stones throw away from my apartment.
