I was a patient there 3 years ago. My husband still see's them due to only office that does IV sedation. I tried to make arrangements for payments before my H had an expensive procedure scheduled. He had the procedure done and I went to pick him up. They wanted payments in full. I said I talked to someone about payments, no record of that. I paid $200 for $1200 worth of work. Less than a month later I get a bill for $1256!? It states a $35 prior balance!? We always kept up with the bills! What happen to the $200 I already paid? We have had billing issues in the past... I was billed a $5 past due bill 2 years after I stopped going. I called and said how do I have a bill when I'm not even a patient? They wrote it off but still. Their billing department is the worse. They make up charges when you do something that they don't like!?!? This will be his last visit!
