Originally went (03/15/2022) in for Tooth Implant but advised to get fillings and heal gum problems. After fillings experienced unbearable pain and requested appointment. Went in and the only concern by Dr. Boss was that according to him they hadn\'t done anything wrong. Infection was setting into gums therefore pain and sensitivity. I wasn\'t given any medications to wash gums and/or antibiotics. I called for something to stop pain and infection, only prescribed mouth wash. Set my next appointment for August 2022. Called again for unbearable advised to go in a pick bottle of mouth wash. Finally went to another dentist in Victoria who took care of the problem on the first visit by performing a root canal, prescribed antibiotics and advised to take pain relief medication. The pain was almost completely gone after 30 minutes on the drive home. The healing processes started immediately, and the swelling went away in seven days. Dr. Boss failed to provide adequate treatment.
