The only dentist I will go to! I drive 3 hours to see them. Great people and a great visit. They explain everything and crank up the nitros. No stress, no pain. .

I didn't like my visit here. They were disorganized, had to wait long time in waiting room. Nice place and location but didn't feel like this is where our family will be going. Looks like this is a dental chain clinic and not a real private dental office..

VERY high pressure! They told me I needed things done that I had NEVER been told by another dentist that I needed. You go in for a check up and get a laundry list of things they want to do and they say ok do you want to do all this today? sign here and pay this and this and this. And if you don't do it that day they make appointments for you and bring you a stack of appointment cards, without even asking if you actually want to do the things 'suggested'. Then if you tell them you don't want to do it they bring in the billing girl to tell you all the different ways they can get you to be able to do it today. I should not feel like I'm working with used car salesman when I am at the dentist office. To me it felt like the equivalent to going in to get the oil changed in your car and the mechanic telling you you need $5,000 worth of (unnecessary) work done. I have talked to many friends who had the same experience. And their billing girl is a little snot. Very rude. Dr. Garner is very nice but they are corporate dental and it shows to the max. After 3 visits and having the same experience each time I will not be going back. And they book way to many people at the same time. On average I spend 2-3 hours there... for a check up. My previous dentist in and out in 45 minutes. I was looking for something closer to my house but it will be well worth the drive back down to my previous dentist to get an honest, non-pressure dentist. VERY high pressure! Great Doctor. Great Staff. Very patient with my young daughters and willing to go the extra mile for little cost. I have found my family dentist.
