Had a bite guard made went in for adjustment guard misaligned my jaw to the point where I was biting my tongue constantly. Called office and asked for a refund the receptionist said that isn’t possible but to come in for another adjustment . The guard is no good I told her and want my money back again No . Sad when the receptionist makes the rules not the doctors.
