SCAM AND A FRAUD! It’s sad to say this about this dentists office because I’ve been going there my whole life. I purchased a plan to have two teeth cleanings and two crowns for two roots canals. I used one of my cleanings and went back to get my second cleaning and conveniently, the office manager tells me that “Your deal expired”. I was surprised because I didn’t know that CASH expired. Also I’d signed NOTHING to say that I was notified that this “deal” would expired. I paid CASH for this, not under any insurance company. At the time I tried to redeem my second cleaning, the office manager, who is also the Wife of the Dentist, YELLS at me and states, “Are you trying to get money out of me? I’m the owner of this company! If you think you’re going to get money out of me, then I’ll see you in court!” Then she hung up on me. I’m disgusted, hurt and fearful of anyone else who comes in contact with this practice. BE WARE.
