6Billing Issue, but great doctor. I went in for a standard root canal and the procedure went well. I have dental insurance, but they took additional scans (they knew my insurance would not cover these scans). Rather than explaining this to me or giving me the option, they billed me for my procedure ($100 more than my insurance company said I was responsible for) and then almost 2 months later sent me bill for an additional $54. I would have paid the additional amount prior if it were explained and billed at the same time everything else was. It seems fishy to get an extra bill later for something they knew the day of. I recommend this doctor for root canals, but encourage patients to get better clarity on billing prior to paying bills and to ask what is covered and what is extra.
