Dr, Ferrara is the best dentist ever! I have been going to him for years. Always on time has never hurt me!.
My husband presented to his office, Dr. Ferrara guided him onto the room for his session and began to take out tools that weren't sealed. Before beginning the procedure, he did not explain it, nor did he ask my husband if he had any questions to assure that he was comfortable. He gave my husband a shot to numb the region of his mouth, THEN decided to ask for payment. Because we weren't told the price before the service, we did not have the payment and asked to be billed. Dr got upset and stopped.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Ferrara himself performs the cleaning, and it was the most aggressive, short, and least effective cleaning I've ever had. Also, I saw him open a drawer of tools which I have typically seen sealed in sanitary packages, the packages seemed to be opened and I don't feel confident in the cleanliness of the instruments he used on me. The spit catcher was also filled with seemingly plaque or other bits of remains from previous patients..

Dr Dawoud, Melissa, Donna, and his staff are fantastic. I can not say enough great things about them. The man has hands of gold and is a good man! I would HIGHLY recommend them..
