As far as Dental work goes, I have no complaints. They take my insurance and do good work. My only complaints lie with the office staff. The receptionists are disorganized and getting an appointment is difficult. I’ve had multiple appointments canceled due to the fact the lab they use didn’t complete work during the time frame projected by the office staff. I’ve been told certain work would be done at my next appointment by the dentist and then come back to find out the receptionist only scheduled one item. I’ve shown up 10 or 15 minutes early and left an hour later with half the work done and told that I wasn’t scheduled for an hour. I suppose had they got me in on time I wouldn’t have to leave with holes still in my teeth that they haven’t been able to fix over the course of 3 months since my original appointment. I’ve been told that my insurance benefit amount was half what it actually is and been denied further appointments. Considering finding a new dental office..
Fantastic experience with Dr. Cronin! He's great with kids, mine were a bit scared to see the dentist and his office was phenomenal with them..
My family and I have been going to Dr. Jallad for years. Never once have we ever had an issue. He is professional, courteous and friendly. I have no issue giving him 5 stars..
