Everyone is friendly and professional from the start. Dr. Turpin was kind to my 9 yr. old which helped her not be afraid. Best of all they do not make you wait for hours. Your appointment time IS your ACTUAL appointment time! As a busy working mother of 3....that one thing helps me tremendously.
