Dr. DiFazio has been my family dentist for over 30 years. I find him to be friendly and very knowledgeable. He always takes time to answer my questions and give me his insights. His office and treatment rooms are comfortable and immaculate. His staff has always been accommodating. Making an appointment has always been easy, even in an emergency..
I could not have asked for a better dentist! I have been to a few different dentists over the last several years (had to change my dentist when my insurance changed) and Dr. DiFazio is by far the best I’ve been to. He doesn’t rush through the appointment and is very thorough. The staff is always nice and accommodating to my schedule. Highly recommend..
The very tiny office has an oil diffuser running during business hours, when I arrived for my consultation I could barely breath and had to unplug it. I’m shocked any dr office would have this in their establishment let alone a small waiting room as some patients do have breathing issues. His dental assistant gave my husband who accompanied me for my consultation a very dirty look because he sat in ‘her’ chair and Dr DiFazio is argumentative and rude. I’d never go back..
Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction..

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive.
I am aways 100% comortable and confident ini thhe doctor here. I have been to all 3 locations, and each office iss very welcoming, friendly and all around really great! This is my first experience where everything good i heard about the office beforehand was absolutely true..
