Received notification to come in for my daily checkup - cleaning only to find out that they do not have time or have wrongly scheduled my appointment. They accused me of wrongly scheduling my appointment when the receptionist was the one who did it. As a professional dentistry they should properly educate their patients on proper procedures and call ahead of time to confirm appointments. Waited 1 hour for them to deliver me this news. Overall, some of the staff are nice and others not so much. .
