It took them 8 weeks to get my crown done! I had to come 3 times. It was not ready 1st time. It was wrong size second time. And third time I spent 1 hour in a waiting room and 4 hours in a chair! Two and a half hours in a chair i spent waiting on somebody to show up. The quality of work was very low. The crown is scrubbing on my tongue. I complained to Dr. but she said she did not see any problem. They quoted me different prices, and then tried to overcharge me. Their accounting is horrible. Instead of sending me my bill, they sent it to collection. And when I tried to pay they refuse to accept my payment because in their computer I had no balance.
