I saw how in helen hayes hospital were accident with promising they said to my aunt that they are will give to her room in baker hall and when the date came they said no ... and other fact is the accident with patient, when patient fall down the nurse was laughing at him. WHAT is going on there ? .
I'm an EMT-B & transport patients here regularly. I find it very difficult to find anything wrong with Helen Hays, everything is so clean people/staff are always so friendly & helpful. All the patients experience great care with only kind words for this location. Good job..
