Always a cordial reception. Very professional. Only had a cleaning. Very thorough. Did seem that everyone was a bit distracted- X-ray machine was non-functional. Overall, I have been making the trek from Berkeley because he is a consummate perfectionist and has had my best smile as his goal for many years.
