My family and I were patients of Dr. Verdinelli\'s for over 20 years. On a previous visit I was told I needed to have my teeth scaled. After talking with friends I was told it was a painful procedure so i subsequently called with concerns. I spoke with the receptionist, Joyce Kramer, the doctor\'s mother, and expressed my concerns. She rudely said \"THEN DON\'T HAVE IT DONE\" and slammed the phone down and hung up on me. My family and I are no longer patients of Dr. Verdinelli\'s.
