7I had used this office previously but due to insurance issues I had not been there for a year or two. When I resolved the insurance problems I called and made an appointment specifically telling them all my insurance information and was assured they accepted my insurance. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told they didn\'t accept my insurance, I asked if they knew this before my arrival there was no response, I told them I would have appreciated a heads up before I drove out of my way to get there. I was reading other reviews and I agree with them completely, rude, condescending staff and poor explanation of procedures.
