8Call to make an appointment the phone staff Lisa was rude and nasty. I asked to speak to a manager. Lisa laughed put me on hold for five seconds came back and stayed the manager said she is busy right now. I filed a complaint with the Compliance hotline. Was told they are not connected with Toledo clinic. Call back to schedule an appointment was told I was blocked out of the system and that my story was not true. Ask for Dr. Benedict to call me so I can let him know what happened and was told by the office manager Renée he might call he might not. Renee also after saying my story is not true reprimanded me. Renee said it’s not what your saying but how your saying it. I explained you don’t know me and I am not upset or being rude at all I’m asking questions. So if they are rude with you and you ask questions your blocked
