3 weeks agoNEW The office was recommended by a friend. That was a grave mistake. I came from Dr. Marck in Newtown and I am accustomed to awesome customer service and caring staff. He is an amazing dentist and ALL the staff is caring. As I am scared of the dentist and have lots of anxiety. This is not the place. The dentist was incredibly nice, but made a major no no with my prescription as two the meds could have caused serious liver damage (my pharmacy caught it). They where 30 minutes late to my first and second appointments without prior communication. I almost walked out from my first appointment due to the wait time and the treatment by the front desk, but figured she was having a bad day and this was a one off. Nope! My second appointment I dropped around $4k for one implant and a filling. I have never spent that kind of money at a place and treated so poorly. I hate the fact that I have to go back. I didn’t know that my implant was a 2 appointment process, they never explained that to me or I wouldn’t have had it done there. Run from this place. With the girl who runs the front desk I’m not sure how they have so many 5 stars, maybe they are paying for them. The lady who runs the front desk isn’t warm, nice or caring. She is incredibly narcissistic. The first face you see when you walk in should be welcoming. She should be in collections not a receptionist. I know that she is a relationship with the owner, and I’m sure that has a lot to do with it as she knows she will not be fired. Not all of us enjoy going to dentist and it is hard for some of us. Be kind. I was late for my appointment due to an accident, called and asked if they needed me to reschedule, because I understand I was late and it was my fault. But they made me go into the office and then they rescheduled. Honestly it was a god send, b/c I honestly hate it here. I have a family of five and I’m new the area and have private dental insurance and it could have been a lot of money. I also do Botox and was looking for a new place to have this done as I saw they do that as well. No way!
