Lance Charles, one of the senior guys at this store, sold me an Iphone without disclosing that it is one of the few models without a sim card -- built ONLY to work with Verizon's network. Thus after paying over $1000 on an absurdly expensive Verizon contract, I can never use this phone with any other network -- thus rendering an Iphone I paid for effectively useless unless I want to remain forever enslaved to an overcharging service. To make a phone built this way should be a crime, a violation of the anti-trust laws. To sell a person such a phone without disclosing, and even emphasizing, this unusual feature of it, is really low. To refuse to take responsibility for that and rectify it is just downright slimy. I would never do business with this store.
