Don\'t catch her on a day that she is really busy. She tried to push me of to a root canal specialist saying she\'s saw a spot in the exray that other Dr. didn\'t see..Numbing shot didnt take, Second round hurt like heck wound up with infection in salivary gland and a year later jaw still giving me problems.

I called and spent a far amount of time on the phone asking if I could get my teeth cleaned..being a snowbird I did not need a Dental care while Im here for the summer. The tech put me on hold and asked again is this service all I was looking for and I said yes please. Ok So I show up after waiting 6 weeks and in the chair they tell me the doctor wants to do an exam... and I said I already sent you my dental records as you requested ...but No I do not need and exam and of course it was all about getting another 200 out of me !.. So sorry I was very very clear what services I wanted and your practice was wrong to do this !!
