7I had a February 4th appointment that was confirmed when I left my last appointment. I did not receive communication regarding confirmation or changes regarding same. Then you had the audacity to change the appointment without my knowledge and then call or text me two days before the apppointment for confirmation of my attendance. This is not the first time I have spoken to you regarding your conduct in this manner and it is unacceptable and unprofessional.
