How Patients Feel
N/APatient Reviews
1Absolutely horrible customer service. They will not notify you if they stop accepting your insurance plan. They will schedule your appointment and do the work when they know that your insurance no longer covers the work, then they send you a huge bill. Their text messaging system is a joke. Even if you cancel via text message, they will still bill you for a no-show. When questioning the front Office about the no-show charge, I was told I will be sent to collections and immediately hung up on by Kim. I called back and asked to speak to Manager Jaimie, I was just transferred to a voice mailbox that is unable to accept messages. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I would recommend that you find a more professional identity office and avoid Heather Darcy DDS at all costs.
