Dr. Solis and his staff are the best. I had a terrifying experience before that made me never want to go to a dentist again, until I found Grapevine Family Dentistry. The moment you walk through the door you can tell this is not like every other dentist office. They are super friendly, very professional, and know what they are doing. They know your name as soon as you come in and what is being done. The customer service and friendliness does not stop there. The Doctors and staff in the back are just as nice. I was extremely nervous my first time, seeing my past experiences, but the staff and Dr. Solis understood and did everything they could to help me relax and feel comfortable. I would recommend this office for anyone who may have had a bad experience and hesitant to see dentist again, or even those who just want a better experience.
