1Horrible experience with the office staff, and their reaction to my complaint was so sad! We choose the office of the many in the area because they were offering a free whitening for new patients. They recommended for me to wait until I was done with my pregnancy and nursing to have the whitening done, since I knew I has to wait, I made sure I was able to claim my free whitening after my pregnancy, and was promised, it would be available whenever I was ready no conditions. So I called today and they said it had been too long since my last appointment, the offer was no longer available to me. I gave them the service, I had even recommended them to family, and they did not follow through with their promise. My concern about the situation was responded to with a "well we have enough patients..." meaning they don't need my service or approval. I don't know how costumer service with that theory can work for them. But people as untrustworthy and rude aren't worth My time and money.
