5Awful, took my daughter here for TMJ. I spoke in length, before coming in, with his wife? I explained that my daughter had Medicaid and her last dentist recommended an oral surgeon. We were new to the area and called the dental school and they recommended this guy. We arrived early to the appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork the office was closed and reopened at 2:00 which was our appointment time. We completed the three pages that were given to us. After waiting 40 minutes I voice my frustration since it was over an hour drive for us, asking if we were going to see the doctor. He finally came in, saying she had to complete a stack of health forms before he could treat her. When I pushed back asking why wasn\'t that given to us prior he got loud and yelled at me. I tried to explain that the staff told me I only had minimal paperwork. He kept talking over me. Needless to say, we left!
