My visit to Dr. Ali could not have been more wonderful. First, his staff are all very competent and extremely cordial. Second, Dr. Ali insured that I did not incur any pain, whatsoever, throughout the process of a complex root canal. Very importantly, he allowed the topical anesthetic plenty of time to take effect before providing additional anesthetic via a hypodermic needle and syringe. In fact, I was not even aware that he was using a hypodermic needle to provide additional anesthetic. It was absolutely pain free. Simply put, he is that good, and my pleasant experience was not not all all that which I have received in undergoing and enduring previous root canals. Further, Dr. Ali went out of his way to explain what he was doing or about to do every single step of the way. Further, he encouraged me that if at any point during this procedure I experienced any pain, whatsoever, to simply raise my left hand and he would correct whatever might be causing pain. Outstanding!
