8For my daughter and my first visit at their office in Watauga, I had requested Dr. Montroy for cleanings. We were seen by Dr. Branson. When we got there they only did ex-rays and looked in our mouths and told me we would need to schedule another appointment for the cleanings. They said this was an office policy. They failed to tell me this when I scheduled my cleaning. Then they never called after 6 months to schedule our next appointment. When I called them it took several months to get in.
