They know they have the one nice apartment complex in the area, so they charge through the roof for it, despite not having a pool, gym, parking spaces for anyone other than you, gates or any form of security. Their maintenance staff is notoriously bad, read any other review. There was broken glass at the end of our driveway, I called midday to have them sweep it up. Get back from work, glass is still there, I go to front office and ask if they swept up glass, maintenance guy of course says he swept it all up. I tell them it's still there, I watch the maintenance guy completely half-ass the job from a distance. I tell him I still see large pieces of glass, he goes back to continue sweeping. I swear to you, this is a true story. Impatient, rude management staff that will talk over you, very haughty attitudes for reasons I can't understand. I've sat in the front office and watched them simply not take calls. They will hit you with fees for any reason they can think of. I had two pieces of bark on my patio, literally only two pieces of square bark, I was given a warning to remove them. Heard about people being written up for too many plants on deck, plants that are too 'brown', plants on the railing, etc. Got hit with 'damage charges' on the way out, robbed me blind of my deposit, two word explanations of what those charges were, have yet to get a hold of management for more information. F*ck this place, live elsewhere.
