Had an emergency with my kid and our normal dentist was closed. Called their office since I couldn't reach ours. Dr. Serg, Melissa, and Donna were great. Got us in even though we weren't patients and took care of my son's cracked tooth. They stayed late on a Friday night to make sure my son wasn't in pain over the weekend. We transferred to their office now because they took care of us when no one else would..
Very unprofessional "office manager" and dentist. The dental assistants and hygienists are nice, but that's all that this place has going for it. Horrible bedside manner from the Dr. After having 3 cavities found, he asked "what do you do to your teeth?" and laughed. I brushed it off, but a few months later I was unable to schedule an appointment for my spouse (who had previously went to another dentist), because they said he had a missed appointment from several years prior, which is absolutely incorrect. Both the office manager and dentist refused to acknowledge that there was some sort of misunderstanding, and the Dr. said it was his policy to not accept a new patient if they missed an appointment. He said he could not "override this policy" even though HE IS THE OWNER! At one point the office manager hung up on me, even though I was not raising my voice or using inappropriate language. I was simply trying to reason with them. Absolutely do not recommend this place at all..
My Doctor here is the best. The nurses are great as well. The best dental care ever..
