2Made 2 appointments for my husband and myself. My husband got his teeth cleaned. I couldn\'t go to my appointment, so I called and rescheduled. The second time they texted me type \'c\' to confirm and I texted back \'cancel.\' They didn\'t accept it and billed me for TWO cancellations and I haven\'t even been to their office yet. Also, my insurance is one of the best that covers free yearly cleaning. They claims my insurance didn\'t cover the full cost and won\'t tell me what the insurance didn\'t cover. You can see my \'detailed\' bill in the images. They billed me for $130 and I didn\'t even go to the dentist yet!! They are disrespectful and unethical. I will be contacting state licensing and BBB. Only go here if you want to be charged for services you never received.
