I received a great referral from a coworker who has been going to Dr. Norris for quite some time. From the moment I arrived the staff was courteous and friendly, which immediately put my mind at ease. As I'm sure many will agree, going to the dentist isn't the most looked forward to activity. I then met with Carson who was friendly and definitely worked hard to keep my mind off of the teeth cleaning. He was very genuine and that makes a big difference. Next I met with another staff person who was going to take my xrays. The most dreaded part of the whole process for me. She was phenomenal and was somehow able to get some good xrays while making sure I was doing ok (Gandy?). Lastly, I met with Dr. Norris who covered what work would need to be done and preventative care. It was a great experience and looking forward to being a patient at this practice!
